"Such a beautiful, peaceful place. The owners were amazing and made our stay so special. They make the most delicious breakfast and anything you want for dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean with amazing views. It is a little out of the way, if you want to be close to activities it’s a bit of a drive. "

"Rinconcito is remote. Costa Rica’s roads are horrible. But once you get to Rinconcito, you’re in a stunningly beautiful area. The staff were great, the room was perfect, the food options were good and tasted great. We wish we had scheduled more time there so that we could have explored the property itself. In the full day, we had there, we had Rinconcito’s guide, Walter, take us to both sections of Rincón de la Vieja, which was AWESOME."

"We stay for 5 nights and would’ve stayed forever! Beautiful, conveniently located property. Manuel gave a very informative tour of the flora and fauna on the property. By the first full day we had already seen 3 Collard Aracari toucans having a snack together, 1 Keel-billed toucan, a large troop of capuchin causing trouble in the trees less than 100 feet from our bungalow, and the troop of howlers that live on the property. "Herzlicher Empfang, familiäre Atmosphäre, 4 charmante Hüttchen (wir waren im Cacao House), sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Spontane Night Tour mit dem Besitzer durch sein Anwesen mit Sichtung von typischen Fröschen. Herzhaftes Frühstück und freundliche Kommunikation, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Lage mitten in natürlicher Umgebung, einzig die Zufahrt über holprige Strasse war nicht optional … aber den Umständen entsprechend alles besser als erwartet, absolut empfehlenswert. "

"Great place and service but getting there requires 4 wheel drive vehicles Road condition in the mountains horrible and scary. Took us 45 to drive one mile. Almost seriously damaged my rental 4 door car. Stayed only 1 night and we left because torrential rain for next 7 days would of made it impossible for us to leave. The host should inform future tenant that 4wd vehicle is must. Please refund 50% "
