We had an amazing stay here. The property is beautiful, very comfortable and clean rooms with all the amenities, breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very kind and welcoming providing lots of great suggestions and help with things to do in the area. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Carlos and Warner are not only amazing hosts but are truly genuine caring people. They gave us great recommendations as to activities, dining, best routes to travel and great general info on the area. Their home is beautiful and every detail is thought our perfectly for their guests. Carlos is an amazing cook, so make sure you include breakfast with your stay. We will be back and will definitly be staying here again!!

What made our stay at Casa Donna Rosa really memorable was the hospitality. Everything else was excellent of course (room, breakfast, views), but it was the warmth and helpful nature of both the hosts that we are going to remember for a long time. They provided recommendations on activities, restaurants and also made reservations on our behalf - a level of service you rarely get elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Carlos & Warner were amazing hosts! So many good things to say about the environment, cleanliness, the breakfast every morning was wonderful! They were able to give us great information regarding where to go , what to see & even go as far as telling us which routes to take that were better! They gave us great information on places to go eat and suggested certain ones that would work for us throughout each day! The natural wildlife was everywhere on their property, which was such a joy to see! Can’t say enough good things about our whole experience there.

Warner and carlos are fantastic!! They greet you as soon as you arrive. They offer great information for any sight seeing you may be interested in doing and they will email or phone companys to assist with reservations for tours. The breakfast that is included with your stay is delicious and you get to watch all kinds of birds for your entertainment. Our room was absolutely beautiful with a rainfall shower, soaker tub, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking! You won't find a better place to stay in the area

I can say enough about how wonderful this property is. Werner and Carlos are fantastic hosts who were knowledgeable about everything in the area. They helped us make reservations and pointed us in the direction of great places. The room was large and comfortable with a large soaking tub and rain shower. The deck had a beautiful view,nice pool and visiting toucans. The breakfast made by Carlos was 5 star worthy!! I highly recommend this property!

Our hosts at Casa Donna could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Prior to arrival they helped us plan the perfect activities based on our interests to maximize our time in the area. Their in depth knowledge made our trip amazing. They handled all the reservations suggested restaurants and made everything easy. As most other reviewers mentioned, the breakfasts were outstanding. Our family of 5 enjoyed every single one. And the birds on the property were spectacular which was an added bonus. Thank you Casa Donna for making our trip a memorable one!

Great location if you want to stay near the lake with a great view plus with the mountain. Both host were both amazing great customer service and offered great suggestions of attractions in the local area without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in Arenal
I had an amazing time. The owners were lovely and so helpful with telling me where to go and what to see. They went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and clean and there was a wonderful balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy the breeze. I recommend getting the breakfast too because the food was amazing!

This is a great place for a night stay, we had a Saturday with bad luck of a fiesta until 2 a.m. in a large rec center close by. But the rooms are clean, new, everything you need, very well stocked, with a pool, nice balcony, swings, and breakfast is to die for. These owners really know how to lay it on you and help make your trip great with good advice.

Werner and Carlos are very friendly hosts. They provided us with multiple excellent recommendations of places to visit . Their breakfasts are amazing! My favorite property in Costa Rica! Will exceed all your expectations. Room and bed were extremely comfortable. Lots of amenities. Breakfast was personal and incredibly amazing. So nice to watch the birds every morning. Great deck to sit, swing and relax. Host helped with recommending and booking local attractions. If I’m ever back I will make sure to stay again!

Our family loved being hosted by Werner und Carlos. We found ourselves in a jam with unexpectedly having to vacate a reservation elsewhere and luckily found their family room that accommodated the 5 of us absolutely perfect. The host are terrific about helping you navigate places to visit. I highly recommend adding on the breakfast. The guys put out a fantastic spread and spoil you. This was my first experience with a B&B type stay and it was outstanding.
