"This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"

"Decided to upgrade to a cathedral view. For the small amount extra to pay this is an absolute must. The view is amazing. Staff were all really friendly, Good choice for breakfast including items cooked to order, best Eggs benedict I have ever had. The room was refurbished and really welcoming, wonderful shower. the only down side is the lift, straight out of the 50's clunked and banged and occasionally we had to press the "Open Door" button.
