"We had a great experience at this resort. The staff is so very accommodating and eager to assist you. Everyone from the bell boys/golf cart guys to the housekeeping, front desk and service staff were excellent. "It is a beautiful property but the upkeep and maintenance is poor hence the property looks run down. Most of the staff are good but there is no genuine hospitality from them except a few of the staff that we encountered during the stay. We feel that the training of the staff is inadequate hence a lot of inconsistency in service standards. "Great service, very friendly staff. Clean hotel - can see the staff cleaning the common areas multiple times a day, room cleaning also great. Staff helped with booking the excursions as well. Shared kitchen was also nice - was able to store food in the fridge and make coffee in the morning "
