"I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the house or staff. Everything was perfect! The house is huge and extremely clean and comfortable! There were 7 in our group and we had room to spread out and relax. The staff (especially Linda) are fabulous! They arranged our transportation when we needed it, they cleaned up everyday and the meals prepared for us were exceptional! I would love to go back! "

"We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. "This house was exceptional! The on site staff was amazing, our house was cleaned daily and we never went without something we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and fresh pool towels put out. We were treated to margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival and were given a full house tour. My only complaint is the listing says it’s 13 min from the airport and 20 min from the malecon which is not accurate. Mismaloyma Bay is about 45 min from the airport and 40 Min from downtown PV. Not a deal breaker...

"I stayed with four friends and we've rented villas for decades. Almost everyone agreed that overall this was the best we'd ever stayed in. "This place was perfect in every way. The beautiful views of the bay and Sunsets on the patio by the pool were amazing. This villa is spacious with plenty of room for six adults. We had all the amenities we needed. John and Jordy were very hospitable and did a fantastic job hosting us from start to finish. They were there for us every step of the way. "We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night...
