"The staff were all pleasant. I was on a solo trip so I enjoy solo activities but it was also great to meet other folks from around the world to connect with, grab a drink or bite. The location was great as it was just a block from the beach. The only thing I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. "

"I was very impressed with my stay here. As an American who speaks little Spanish, the fact that there was always a core group of English-speakers with whom I could speak with around the kitchen and living room areas made my stay very “easy” and pleasurable. Many nice amenities here besides, including a regularly available fitness area with classes taught upstairs — and downstairs a patio with espresso coffee, a restaurant and live music on some evenings. "Everything is right at your doorstep. Really! Like right outside the door, it was awesome! The place was clean and comfortable. Alejandro was super nice and friendly, although not around very much. The hostel doesn’t really have so much of a “vibe” but if you want a cheap place to stay that’s close to everything this is it! I’d stay here again if I’m back in Vallarta. Thanks again Alejandro! :)"
