"Absolutely loved this aparthotel and will definitely be staying again. The kitchenette was very helpful, lovely bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was extremely dreamy and cosy feeling. The room was very relaxing. The reception staff were very accommodating to any questions. Locally there are plenty of eating options, coffee houses and the mercardo supermarket has a wide selection of food you can buy to eat straight away. The Metro station is round the corner,...

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly in particular Ivan who checked us in & assisted with booking the taxi to the airport. He also provided us with a good restaurant recommendation. The only two issues with the room - I think the A/C was not working properly & there was a drainage smell from the bathroom. Overall the room is comfortable & the bathroom is modern - it is a proper shower and not one where you stand in a bath. I would recommend the hotel for singles...

"Stayed two nights in October. I like the location, the friendly staff, the cleaness, and the convenience of the property. It is in short walking distance to the city centre, very convenient to take the public transit (the Metro system), and easy to get to Madrid railway station and the major cultural and historical sites. The property does not provide breakfast nor have a cafe, but a McDonald store and dozens of nice restaurants and bars are around and just several minutes' walk. Enjoy!"

"The hotel is really nicely decorated building and we especially loved the rooftop cocktail bar, three staff were really lovely. Excellent location for exploring the city. The only criticism was the housekeeping that knocked on the door for room service before 9:30, so we were still sleeping. Because we were unable to vacate the room it meant we didn’t have any housekeeping which was a shame and had to request essentials separately."
