"uno de los peores hoteles que me eh hospedado , la recepcionista nada profecional . no me respetaron la habitacion que pague , y dijeron que como no había reservado con ellos no me podian dar la habitacion que yo pague y ademas que ellos no tenían habitaciones disponibles la que yo reserve la cual ya habian cobrado , no me respetaron la habitacion que pague ,el gerente del hotel dijo que lo único que podia darme era una habitación con aire acondicionado y con un colchon para que terminaramos...

Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway."
