"Overpriced but fabulous location for one night. Think travelodge before renovations. I was a female solo traveller and it suited my plans and felt safe. Staff lovely, easy check in/out and easy to park at the hotel or opposite. Nice little touristy town. "We had a wonderful stay at Escarpa and it served as our perfect home base to head out and explore the island. "The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out. "
