"Great property to get away and properly relax. Little shop at top of steep hill was perfect to get essentials to make your own or have drinks by the cottage. Drinks/ food limited otherwise by pool and need to be requested at reception. The adjoining restaurant was fantastic so highly recommend booking. "Lovely small town of Prazeres with multiple excellent restaurants and a lovely well appointed house. Very clean & spacious for the 4 of us with outside space for relaxing in the evening. Air Con was a blessing ! One improvement would be a more modern smart TV to access Netflix etc especially for the youngsters, other than this its perfect."

"Exactly as represented. Vitor assisted getting us settled and with his knowledge of local feasts and happenings. House had EVERYTHING you could possibly need while staying there. Clean and quiet. Vitor assisted us with baggage to and from the rental. Three minute walk uphill from the street parking, as noted in their VRBO ad. Would stay here again "

"Really this house has a perfect location. It’s walking distance from many restaurants, some shops and a grocery store. All with a view of the ocean. Bedrooms are on the top floor with the kitchen and living room below. The master bedroom has an amazing view with a patio to sit outside and have coffee. We would happily stay here again if we come back to Madera."

"Lovely spot but roads are not for the faint of heart. Had trouble finding property and did lots of driving on steep narrow windy roads. Scary for us flat landers. "

"I had the flight to Madeira canceled due to the heavy rains, I contacted the owner, he said he would cancel the reservation to give me a refund, but he was lying, a week passed, I kept trying to contact him and he blocked me. I do not recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The villa was great for us as it's quite high up (great views) and was also slightly cooler. Good and clean, nice pool, and friendly, helpful owner. "

"There was no hard standing in front of the property as shown on the photo. This had been enclosed with wall and gate and therefore we found it difficult to find. The owner very kindly got us a replacement parasol but it was too light and kept blowing away! The bed linen could have been better, and lighting improved in bedrooms. More door hooks required in bathrooms and bedrooms. Could have done with some local information, eg. supermarket, cash machine, buses, taxis, nearby cafes and restaurants...

"We stayed in an oceanview room with kitchenette, 2 balconies. Very clean. Great location close to shops and bus stop. Daily breakfast was a great assortment and cooked to order eggs. Will stay again."

Amazing time! Would stay here again

"Our time at this resort was absolutely amazing! We were a little worried because of the mixed reviews but we had a great time. Some reviews said that the food was horrible, but keep in mind you are booking a fairly cheap all inclusive resort so you can't expect Michelin star dining. As not food critiques, we thought the food was great! We were worried because we saw in reviews that the all inclusive package doesn't actually include ALL food and drinks, however, everything is very well labelled on menus so you know what is included. The staff also always mentioned what was included in the all inclusive. The buffet is completely included, and the other two restaurants that you have to reserve state on their menus what you can order. Reviews said that only pre-mixed cocktails were included, but the list of drinks available was very extensive. I have put a photo of the all inclusive drink list on this review. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and we had booked a double bed, but it was huge, more like the size of a California king. There was entertainment every night and daily activities that were free to participate in. The saunas in the spa are also free to use, but booking a massage is extra. We took a Bolt to and from the airport and it was only 40 euros each way. All the beach chairs on the resort are free to use, but the ones on the beach cost 2 euros for a whole day to book (we didn't feel a need to do this). "
