"The staff who assisted us at the hotel reception were very kind and accommodated us in the best available room at the time, located on the first floor. The security personnel were very attentive, and when we needed to speak with the IT department to use our laptop, they provided quick and efficient assistance. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff and would be happy to book at this hotel again. We also want to highlight that the pools were impeccably clean, which was a great plus during our stay."

"Great property with plenty of parking, lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Room was clean, my only issue was the tv every 10 min or so the tv would blank out causing my daughter to miss portions of her cartoons. "

"The hotel was a little old and not great but honestly I just wanted a place close to Universal Studios. It was about a 20 minute walk to the park and it was not bad at all. So what I needed the hotel for it accomplished that very well. "
