For our stay there, the staff was friendly and willing to assist with any queries we had. The location is great if your intention is to go to Universal and do shopping as it is very close to the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, The Florida Mall and the theme parks. It is also located walking distance from a couple restaurants, a gas station and a Walgreens. Breakfast was good as well. Each morning there was a different option for some of the items and there was a 24/hr. coffee/tea station in the lobby. The inhouse Wi-Fi worked well and pool was nice. Unfortunately, we did not get to go into the pool because of the cold temps in December but hopefully if we visit in the summer, we will.

Traffic in the area was a problem due to road work. Bathroom toilet had stains / bedsheets had a strange smell. Breakfast found a long black hair in the sausages and had curdled milk in my coffee! It was a very disappointing experience and I will most likely never go back to this particular hotel

Everything was good, a complete breakfast, friendly staff, basic but all that we needed. The only thing to considere is that the last day was an issue to find a parking spot, parking was full.
