Property is undergoing renovation. I got a peak at some of the renovation in progress, the floors are being replaced, and walls too. Along with the fixtures. I think it will look and feel nicer when they are done with renovations. The room I stayed in hasn’t been renovated yet. It was obvious that upgrades are needed to the old rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I did not care for the shower head, the water pressure and water stream were uncomfortably intense. I wasn’t able to get the bath faucet from shower to tub for a soak. My room did not have any facial tissues, but I also did not call housekeeping to ask for any. I would return if I’m in the area again, and after renovations are completed.

The front desk receptionist was very wonderful and accommodating we checked in very late with our daughter and she let us stay an extra hour. We’ll definitely be back!

1. Room was outdated 2. Carpet looked like it hasn’t been change since the hotel was built 3. The bathroom was really outdated 4. The fridge and microwave was old looked rusted 5. No HDMI connection for the tv 6. Laundry area was not clean 7. Ice machine was very far 8. The pool and jacuzzi was great and disabled friendly 9. The plus side it’s in a convenient location there’s many things within walking distance, the Orlando eye , restaurants, arcades.

It was a cheap price i had a feeling it wasn't going to be great. But the AC unit was super loud actually woke me up on middle of night when it kicked on. Tv didn't work and it was late so i didn't feel like switching rooms. No i won't stay here again I'd rather pay more for a better experience.

Our rooms were very gross, paint was falling off the ceiling on us. It smelled bad. Wet outdated and not kept up at all. The whole property was dirty. We only stayed there so we could walk back and forth forth to icon park at nights. Would never stay again though.

The property looks very good. Beds need me upgraded. I booked queen beds and I got two full size beds. The front doesn't for me that they just purchased the hotel and they are renovating so beds will be upgraded.
