"Check in was self serve and very efficient. We were assisted by a representative for an upgrade to our room. Hotel was in a good location for monorail to Haneda airport and had many dining choices nearby. Neighborhood was very clean and safe. The room was comfortable."

"Shiba is a great hotel, breakfast was lovely staff service was fantastic. Air con in rooms didn’t cool as I needed. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days if you stay longer than 2 days. Restaurant needs a variety of options for food and drink very limited and very far away from Tokyo city costing $$32 AUD and $85 to Haneda airport. "

"Clean, comfortable bed, location doesn't get any better being 5 mins from Shinjuku Station West entrance crossing a very picturesque outdoor plaza. The area is not as intense as Kabukicho, but yet there was still a Shake Shack 2 mins away. This was the ideal spot being just on the border of the extremely high traffic zone. Pay per use washing machines on multiple floors were useful, and you can check their status through the TV."

"Convenient location, amazing view from our 20th floor window and comfortable bed. Check in and out process all automated and easy and fresh towels daily. Stayed 4 nights and even though the room was small there was plenty of space to hang/store stuff"

"Great area - a bunch of convinence stores in short walking distances, hotel also offers breakfast at a decent price if not included in the stay. Loved the room it was so spacious "

"Great location, hotel was clean. Booked a twin room and beds were spacious and comfy. Bathroom was kinda weird with the glass walls. Area gets noisy as it's right outside bars and on the laneway where most clubs are. 3min walk to the main shopping area. Would def stay there again. "
