"Check-in process was simple and easy. Room amenities are good for the price. Room size is small for economy double. Assuming you’ll be walking around and touring the city all day, this likely isn’t an issue (it wasn’t for me). Location is perfect as it is a short walk distance from Shinjuku train station, as well as a walkable distance to all restaurants and bars. Limosine bus service also offered to/from Haneda Airport which is a major plus (not sure about Narita Airport). One minor issue...

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with two restaurants and a Family Mart in the same building. It can be reached from Haneda airport without changing trains and is located very close to Shimbashi station, with access to a number of rail lines. The rooms were very clean if quite small by American standards. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange shipping our luggage to the next location. We would definitely stay here again."

"Cozy room in heart of Shinjuku. Was happy to book during first bit of my trip because would be tough to have more luggage with me. Room was comfortable enough for one person. They gave you tattoo covers for onsens in the building which was nice. Be aware there are other Apa hotels in area so make sure you have the correct one, I confused the taxi driver."

"Was a good stay, close to train station. Staff were very helpful, room was good. We had 4 adults and two children, we all fit but rooms for suitcases or luggage was non-existent. "

"Nice and Clean. But it needs to be a little cheaper, otherwise it's impossible for someone like me who is going back home temporarily for 2 weeks. It's fine for people whose company pays for it, but it's hard for individuals to stay for a long period of time."
