"Great hotel although expensive "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, and it is beautiful. It is so convenient to walk out to the beach or to Manuel Antonio National Park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent and affordable for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are decent, but could use better cleaning. We couldn’t walk on the floors without shoes, but it understandable because it is hard to keep it clean from all the beach sand. The bathroom door was filthy with many distinct fingerprints...

"El habernos hospedado en Igloo Beach Lodge fue una excelente decisión. Las niñas disfrutaron de la piscina muchísimo. Vimos 2 tipo de monos en la copa de los árboles así como mucho pájaros. El staff fue muy atento. A pesar de ser una habitación pequeña, nos pudimos acomodar muy bien los cuatro (2 adultos y 2 niñas). Nos encantó la experiencia. La localidad es ideal para visitar el parque Manuel Antonio. Lo único que no recomiendo es visitar la playa en la tarde/noche debido a que no es seguro....

"Great place. Great pool but no hot water in shower"

"Friendly staff Person at the reception gave us very good advice on things to do, places to eat, etc. The restaurant staff was very courteous. Free breakfast was not included but they prepared breakfast for us early morning (restaurant prices) because we had to leave for our tour. The wood fired pizza at the restaurant was delicious. They even had live music that day. Room was cozy. Balcony had a lush green view. "

"A nice, small hotel literally a few steps from the Park entrance. A great location for the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Good starting point for our Costa Rica trip. The monkeys on the roof in the morning were free-of-charge. Is this the Ritz? No, but it is clean and comfortable. If you're a posh traveler, then perhaps this won't be your spot, but if you're a regular person, don't hesitate to stay here."

"This place is very good and safe! We can also see few animals/birds in this property. Very quite place with a nice breakfast. Could have a better / faster internet...the TV is also small and so we were not able to use the TV! Room is very spacious and nice and clean! "

"5 mins walk to the beach, decent size rooms, small but clean swimming pool, good drinks and food menu. It's right next to the road, so some people may find it a little loud, but it was good for the cost we paid. One can definitely stay there a couple of nights without much issue. Their front-desk manager, Leo, is a hilarious and very helpful guy. He helped us with our ATV and Park bookings."
