"Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots."

The customer service was really great all around, but one that really stuck out was the parking attendant. He did such a nice job ensuring we had quick and convenient service with parking.
