"The staffs are very warm and greet us everyone we enter the property, traditional type of ryokan which is serenity. The breakfast provided are superb you can’t ask for more!"

"Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm."

"新式住宿環境，乾淨整潔，三人房很大，設施完善，房內除冷氣機外，還有兩部暖風機，冬天實在適合。用投影器代替電視，實為新穎。 另外新的體驗是全由住客一手一腳自己check in，沒有職員幫忙，入酒店及房間全用密碼（密碼透過email及check in後電腦提供），方便與否則見人見智了。 唯一覺得不足的是房間的裝餘佈置，我入住的房間床上有排吊飾，有點擔心瞓瞓下覺會跌落黎，而且在床頭執拾時都會曾被裝飾整親，要多加小心。 "
