The hotel is right next to the station, it is really convinient not only to drop off your luggage but to visit the mall next to it too. The staff are really friendly and shared about how to travel around the city more efficiently. The room is comfortable and the laundry machine is really good.

The room is modern and clean. It is just next to the JR Kumamoto and hence very convenient when travelling with many luggages. Kumamoto's transport is mainly by bus or tram. Hence, not convenient to travel to other hotels that are far away as no space in the trams.

The hotel was beautiful, convenient to stores and train station. The room was spacious, with a couch, coin laundry facilities available, small fitness center. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of options. All of the staff were super helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices that includes a couple of local dishes. The location is next to a mall Amuplaza with many restaurants. Parking entrance on arrival is not the easiest to find but it is connected next to the hotel so it’s great.

Located right on top of a mall and the train station, this hotel is so convenient for eating, shopping, and transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are so kind. There is a little sound that can be heard from the trains passing sometimes.

It’s just next to Kumamoto station and above the Amu Plaza, very convenient for travel and many dining options available. The staffs are very helpful and professional. Room is definitely bigger than other hotels in other city of Japan. I will stay here again if I come to Kumamoto.

The hotel is located on top of AMU PLAZA, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. It's also very close to JR Kumamoto Station, which is perfect for travelers who rely on public transportation. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the hotel facilities are modern and beautiful. It was a wonderful stay.
