"Todo estuvo bien "

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The room had a spectacular view. The first day there were no towels in the room, but front desk got two to solve us. On the second day I went again to front desk and the lady got us towels. Bad things? We didn't had housekeeping service and the garbage was accumulated. We collected it in our garbage bags and we had to clean our room. Also, breakfast must have eggs, potatoes, bacon, ham, cereal...hot breakfast. "

"The front desk is the brains of the hotel, receptionist Nayelis Torres is truly an asset for the hotel. She is a very caring and understanding person. The evening happy hrs were truly enjoyable. The morning breakfast was made to order, the breakfast staff is awesome, the beach was fantastic, transportation was readily available for off-site excursions. Many local restaurants are few short blocks away from the hotel. Casino is also on site and a beautiful pool area is on rear of the property."

"This was walkable to Condado Beach and the business of the Condado Beach are, yet, still quiet in this area and walkable to many many restaurants. "

"Staff did the best to accommodate an early check in. Elevator is old, slow and uneven to the floor level. The room was clean and neatly organized. The shower was too small and tight. Nice pool but the water is very cold. Walking distance to the beach. Overall a decent stay for the price."
