"What a beautiful hotel at the perfect location. We wanted to be able to walk out the door and be in the middle of all the action - a great variety of restaurants, venues, and shops. We arrived early due to our flight time and they had a room available immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. My only issue was our room was located next to the elevators so it could be a little noisy at times. We would request a room further away next time. We will come back!"

"The bar tender was slow moving and just bad. Let me say it was not that busy of a night. He walked by us several times and didn't say a word. I had to get up to get meaus. I decided to buy a frozed meal and eat in the room. Gary had to place his order when the guy was walking by and he never received his drink and the food was bad."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning and asked if we could hang out in the common area till check in. The desk clerk looked our reservation up and the room was already ready. Checked us in and we went to the room and relaxed. The food was pretty good, and the drinks were fantastic. We were also able to book a shuttle to the cruise docks. Very nice experience all around. "

"Stayed here for one night before a cruise. Overall the property was nice.. great location walkable to ocean dr and busy area with shops and restaurants. Room itself was well appointed and clean but bathroom was small and could use some work. "

"This is my 2nd experience at the hotel and the staff was just as helpful and friendly as before. The room was comfy and the bed held me hostage so i didn't wanna wake up early. The sheets were soft and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the elevator door closing sounds terrifying, but that's understandable as they are doing construction, so I'm sure that rattling would be fixed soon. It was a great place to stay. "

"The only frustrating part was the airport shuttle. It took 4 calls to finally get a ride after being promised a ride each time in 15-20 min. We waited an hour. "
