Habían varias personas alrededor del lobby en la noche y no se veía seguro. Alrededor del edificio todo está muy oscuro, no motivaba a caminar alrededor . El edificio estaba limpio, pero la habitación le faltaba mantenimiento. Las llaves de la bañadera goteaban agua constantemente. Las toallas las cambiaron el primer día y no pusieron nuevas, solo se llevaron las sucias.

Large rooms but a little outdated. Expensive breakfast and snack kiosk. Room service very late, after 6:30 pm. Pool was cool, nobody in it. Hot tub ok. No restaurants nearby.

We wasn’t pleased we wasn’t aware that you had to specify select breakfast be on booking it said included an it wasn’t . We had know air conditioning we said something to staff everyday and they did nothing . For $600 for two days and we had to pay for breakfast and no air ya we will NEVER RECOMMEND!!

I had a wonderful experience the staff was super friendly I went for New Year’s Eve and the front treks gave me handwritten ideas of what to do to celebrate in the area. Room was a nice size Clean The cafe / bar food was really good and waitress and bar tender was super friendly. I didn’t get to use the pool / jacuzzi but did sit out to get some sun it seemed nice . I had a great stay

Other than front desk clerk Mobeen who was fantastic. He was able to check us in early and was very kind. However he was hamstrung having to work with the most skeleton crew I've ever seen at a hotel, especially one of that size. 3 days and Mobeen was always at the front desk working hard. Trying to get towels for the pool was like hunting for gold in California, they brought them out 2 at a time for a crowd of 15 or more around the pool. When I asked for more coffee/creamer etc for the room, they had to ask housekeeping for it - didn't keep any supplies at the front desk, and she was extremely put out when she only brought coffee - I had the nerve to ask for stirrers & creamer as well when I ordered more coffee for the room. They told me they used WhatsApp to communicate with housekeeping and there was no indication when she would bring the coffee by. No surprise with a skeleton crew. The hotel itself is in great need of renovation for the rooms, furnishings. Our room was missing a bedside lamp. We also were left without a second full roll of toilet paper. Just strange.

Sheets on bed had large stain took a picture and drew it to the front desk attention. At that time of night staff were not available to change linens however for the money I paid those linens should have been tossed which made me think that the room was never cleaned. So I had to sleep on dirty bed sheets not the way to spend my New Year and no manager was available. Awfullll!!!!!!! I need a refund
