"We were a group of 7 friends staying overnight prior to a cruise the next day. The unit is very nice, as described. It would be nice to have more towels, (there were exactly 7). There was also no kitchen, or paper towels and only one coffee cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. The issues noted would not keep me from staying again, I would just know ahead of time to ask for these things ahead of time. Communication was great and the coffee maker type we requested was there...

"Great stay before hopping on a cruise. Family of 5 (2 adults and kids 6, 4 and 1) fit fine for one night. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and coffee. Alex was super responsive and checked in multiple times. We asked for a pack n play and he had it there! Only negative is that it was a pretty loud area and street. Other reviews mention quiet, and we did travel during spring break, so maybe we caught it at the wrong time. Wasnt so loud that it kept my kids up, but definitely...

"The apartment is very comfortable. We stayed with my husband and our teenage son. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a few days in Miami Beach. The location is excellent—close to the beach, near Lincoln Rd, and just steps from Española Way. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it. We had a great time"

"Great location "

"Great location as it is right in the heart of South Beach. Our balcony overlooks ocean drive. The condo was suitable for my wife and I, but I am not sure how it would be for more than 2 people. Pretty small and no place to keep your clothes, other than your bags which we placed on the couches. Fairly clean unit. 4th floor. Easy checkin as we were delayed by 5 hours. Still able to check in easily. Fantastic location."

"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...
