"Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport."

"When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay."

"All around pleasant place to stay, from the room set up, including very nice plush mattress, to the friendly welcoming service by most staff. Excellent and well run breakefast. Only would drop the gloves the ladies use to clean the tables as they go and grab clean things wearing the same ones. Better not to use gloves and wash hands frequently. The area is busy and maybe a bit initmidating at first but it's actually a very neighborhood feel with plenty of local flavor. Quick ealk to downtown...

"Area around the hotel isn't the best compared to Ipanema/Leblon/Copacabana but prices are way more reasonable and I think it's worth staying in this side of the city and moving around to wherever you wanna go instead of staying somewhere a bit more convenient "
