"Fabulous historic hotel with some truly wonderful and giving staff. From the “bellhops”, bar and restaurant staff to the concierge nothing was too much trouble for them. Balcony room looking over the pool quite small for two with luggage, but it is an old building. Only letdown were a couple of miserable receptionists on our last day. Rude, unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there. Everything seemed like a bother to these particular two, spent a lot of time on the phone and ignored...

"This quaint property was in a perfect location for our visit to the French Quarter. It is within an easy walk to the Natchez paddlewheel (just across the street), the French Market and Cafe du Monde, Bourbon Street, the trolley stations, and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The inn felt like a boutique hotel with several buildings, each with just a few guest rooms. The room was spacious, quiet, and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip to NOLA!"

"What a hidden gem in the French Quarter! My stay was part of a longer trip and I really needed to get away from the craziness of Bourbon Street. My room was incredibly quiet and safe, with lots of vintage charm. I wish I could've stayed longer and I definitely will return!"

"About 10 minute walk from canal street and access to bourbon street, also 5 minutes from sports stadiums. Several good restaurants near by. Close to grocery store. Facilities were clean and staff answered questions. Small bar fridge was sufficient for our needs. Nice, quiet neighbourhood aside from occasional street car. "
