"Please was beautiful, staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely but lighting is a bit of an issue, quite dark in the rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC, they are a bit tired looking. The jacuzzi bath wasn't very clean when we arrived and when we uses the jets, a load of gunk came out from stagnant water, which would suggest it's not used frequently and they don't do regular cleaning/maintenance. Overall though, was a lovely stay. "

"Loved everything about the hotel itself & the staff extremely helpful & polite. If I was going to point out room for improvement, then on the website , it says parking is available but not about a variable cost. As it was, I was staying under 24 hours therefore £5 was affordable. "

Only negative was that the dining area was too small to cope with a full hotel at breakfast time, so recommend going for breakfast at unpopular times otherwise you will have to wait for a table."
