"My family (two teens 18, 19 and two young ones 5,7) stayed here for 6 nights and loved everything about this resort! Food was good and dinner options were very reasonably priced. The staff was all great, helpful and friendly. My teens loved this resort as much as my youngsters. Great family resort and so close to a lot of tours! We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Property was wonderful. But on the last day, we didnt have electricity for the whole night. Pitch dark and raining heavily. Didnt have the alternative power source for the rooms. Had a snake in the room and couldnt communicate with the front desk. Wish atleast intercoms are made usable at that time. It was a challenging experience on that night. Hope property can address this security gap."

"Our stay at Paradise Hot Springs was absolutely amazing! We loved the size of the property which was surrounded by empty land on all sides with Arenal volcano directly behind the property. "Property was beautiful - the only downside is it’s not walkable to any activities and many activities don’t pick up from the location. I would rent a car if I were to go back. The team found us transportation - it would have been more convenient to drive instead of having to pay each time you left the property. Staff was wonderful , rooms were perfect, food was excellent , view was amazing - quiet and relaxing ..defintley would go back "

"We checked in late in the evening, just in time to grab dinner before the restaurant closed. Our only option was the main restaurant as the snack bar had closed early before the posted time. Unfortunately, the mattresses on our beds sagged and lacked support, and the sheets were made of polyester. The hotel is dated and felt a bit run down. The walls are thin and you can hear neighboring guests coughing, flushing toilet, etc. On the bright side, the shower provided lots of hot water, the air...

"This was a beautiful home away from home. It’s a little outside of town so you definitely need a car to stay there. They have a cute Brewery on site where they actually brew their own beer as well as as a nice reflection pond. Jacuzzi was not working, which was disappointing. The restaurant was really nice. The food was beautifully presented but a bit expensive for what it was. Overall, the grounds and staff were wonderful. "
