"Don't know where to begin. No hot water, TV wouldn't turn on, WiFi was totally unusable, and when I checked in they downgraded my room and then didn't offer to fix it after I brought it to their attention. Finally, the key they gave me was nearly broken and it ended up breaking the rest of the way in the door and they charged me 1000baht for that. Do yourself a favor and find any other hotel. There's tons of options that are better in the same area for the same price. Won't ever go back here...

"The hotel location was very convenient as it was walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff was very polite and kind but there were a few things we weren’t made aware of before checking in as we booked through Expedia. They require $2000 baht room deposit CASH only upon check in so have money available.
