"We loved loved this property. It was clean, loved the fact they offered house slippers as well as outside slippers. We spent more time out on our full beautiful balcony more than in room. Beautiful landscaping. You can tell they take pride in the rental home. It’s was quiet and laid back for my husband and I. Maid service was awesome. We stayed on that side of island cuz it was my local, and just drove to tourist areas when we wanted to do stuff. Zoo was free and gorgeous, rainbow falls was free...

"The experience of staying at Kalani Oceanside Retreat was very relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the yoga class we signed up for very much. The people we encountered, both guests and staff, were great to talk with. The cottage we stayed at had lots of room and we had a fabulous view of the ocean and grounds around us."

"We stayed in the Kilauea condo, which is surrounded by tropical rain forest. Very romantic. Carlos prepared a nice breakfast for the two days that we stayed. We were blessed to be there one night when Kilauea erupted. The manager texted us and we were among the first people there. Amazing experience. The only negative is that the wifi is limited so download anything you want to watch before you come or enjoy the view and read a book"

"This is more of a motel but very clean and out in the country of Hawaii Owners are very welcoming and accomadating"

The property seemed to have a nice atmosphere with the different spaces and room themes though there were some areas undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay. We didn’t end up having the breakfast service offered but it seemed reasonable. Though overall was an enjoyable stay with a good location."

"Gorgeous property, quiet and serene, loved sleeping to the rain. It is clear this place was a labor of love to build and is well maintained. The volcanoes national park was 5 mins away and so convenient. The little “town” of Volcano had good restaurants and art center. Would love to come back!"
