"Excellent location. Right next to train station and bus station. Staff very helpful in forwarding luggage. Breakfast was fine with plenty of seating. Water dispenser provided. There is a direct exit to the shopping mall and train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Don Quixote just right across the street with a bridge so you do not have to cross the roads even. Clean and comfortable. "

"This hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Nagano station, and had a room that accommodated 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were standard hard for Japan, but the room was a really good size for suitcases. The bathroom was really cramped though - it reminded us of an airplane bathroom! That was the only annoying thing though - everything else was great, for this really reasonably priced hotel. Added bonus -the included buffet breakfast was really good! "Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room (2 singles 2 rollaway beds) in Jan 2025 for 5 nights and separate corner sofa. The hotel is huge with different wings so need to get your bearings. Nagano was our base for day trips to snow monkeys, Matsumoto, and to ski. The hotel is older (winter Olympics HQ) but was generally well maintained. Front desk staff were amazing, they had limited English but used a translator, and so friendly every time we passed and so helpful booking restaurants and...
