Nice onsen on the first floor. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard, uncomfortably hard, and there didn't seem to be many restaurants around the hotel. So I ate one night in the hotel's restaurant. While the food was good, ordering it was difficult. The restaurant uses a QR code system, so...

"We booked three reservations. Their cancellation policy is great and it allows us flexibility in our trip. We travelled from Sapporo and were not sure to arrive on the first day of our reservation. So the one day reservation plus a three day was perfect. Great Japanese breakfast. Book larger rooms if you have luggage. Staff very amazing and helpful."

"Plenty of parking lot. Very nice female staff member who spoke some English and provided a Yukata for our 6 year old. Large, excellent room with amazing views. Value for money. Green tea provided. Had mostly private onsen experience ie hardly anyone around for both the outdoor and indoor onsen when we visited in early April 2025. Only few minutes drive from Snow monkey carpark. Of the 9 places we stayed in Japan, was our favourite."
