Note: This is a business hotel in Japan, so set your expectations accordingly. It's very Japanese oriented, and I do speak Japanese to the level needed for this kind of thing, so all my interactions were in Japanese.
When I checked in and said my name and that I booked via Expedia they just kept putting one foreign name after another in front of me until mine came up (there were a few other foreign visitors staying as part of an event), which is fair enough and not so unusual here.
Despite the booking saying it was a twin bed, I got a single bed in a 3m by 3m footprint room, and that included space for a toilet/bath/shower unit room. There was no closet space. It didnt look like the Expedia photo. When I called front desk and asked for wifi details (I missed them in the elevator) the lady asked me to look near the TV - nothing there, or anywhere on the small table. She audibly sighed and sounded annoyed and sent someone up with a sheet.
Breakfast was OK, very basic and nothing particularly outstanding, but it is buffet so if you want a big start to the day it's possible.
I wasn't expecting much, and it was cheap with the breakfast, but there are other budget hotels nearby which may be worth a look if you need space to hang suits, travel gear etc.
