"The property could stand some renovation, but was nice overall and in a pretty location. The best part was the staff. They were very kind, considerate, helpful and accommodating. I appreciated them very much. And when I think back on my stay, that will be what I most distinctly remember."

We had a tatami room, it was nice, the bathroom a little dated, but the onsen was fabulous. The outdoor onsen was beautiful. Loved our stay here and can recommend it to anyone."
