Only gripes were the bed moved easily as was on wheels and could have done with it being pulled out and hoovered behind, as our pillow fell down the back and it was very dusty. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Apart from that it was a very nice stay. Room and facilities were good."

"The hotel was clean and staff were welcoming but there was a, £50 upfront charge on arrival which was to cover anything purchased during the stay. I used £30 for a meal and on departure was told that the remaining £30 would be returned to my card automatically. This took 5 days. "

"Rooms are small & not sound proofed We asked for a quiet room & we got it. Hotel is tired & needs updating Staff were all great & helpful. "

"Lovely hotel that is nice and clean, brilliant shower in the ensuite and comfy beds. Breakfast was decent too. Takes about 15 mins to walk to Carney Wharf. "

"Great location for events at the London Excel Exhibition Centre, or the local area. If you love a drink at the pub, be prepared for a long walk - but walkable. Not a standard hotel but a set of house conversions, so a case of to each their own. Not too bad otherwise but not sure I’ll use the same in future."
