"I loved the location of hotel, building architecture, insulation, big room, electrical outlets and USB charging, keyless doors, cleanliness, great breakfast, convenient bar at 7-10 pm. But the absence of staff and reception counter was very weird and impersonal. Hard to get quick, verbal information. One friendly human person at counter would have made a great difference. Parking spaces were too few. Arrangements by Oddsson could have been made with the commercial lot next door (at Pizza place)...

"The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early for a fee. Instead of paying for their parking we parked down the street in a garage and on the street which ended up being very very cheap. The room was big and I would stay again."

"A great little centre hotel, on the Main Street with plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s pretty much close to everything you want to do as a tourist. The room, small, but had everything you need, mini bar in my room (207) although you just need to be aware of potential noise from the various bars (Irish and English bars) very close. Didn’t bother me, close window and most of it is blocked out. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowed us an extra hour for check out.. location...

"We were only here for one day before flying out. It's located in the heart of the city, and close to the big church, harbour and a multitude of shops and restaurants. The downside to the location, is that parking is not included. Street parking right outside the hotel is a P1 zone, so only valid for 3h in a 24hour period. We just parked around the corner. The walls are a little thin OR the doors are heavy, we could hear them slamming shut when other people were entering/leaving their rooms....

"Staff was wonderful! Only complaint is that the smoke alarm went off in the hotel due to a toaster! Got up at 7AM because someone in the dining room wanted crispy toast. So you're definitely safe here since their smoke alarms work really well."

They went the extra mile by gifting me a lovely note and chocolate for my birthday! Very easy access to your bus pick ups and convenient bus stop across the road into the centre. Breakfast was good and well organised "
