"The front door is not on the street. Our cab let us off and the door could only be accessed with a room key. We were checking in, so, no room key. We had to walk down the street, through a parking lot and onto another street."

"Checking in was delayed for an unknown reason. Parking is kind of far. Public space could use a face lift.... Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were safe and quiet."

"I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport. However, the "free" airport shuttle service was extremely unreliable. When I called the hotel, the staff informed me that the shuttle operated on-demand. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally giving up and ordering an Uber to get to the hotel. "Stayed here night before cruise. They offer shuttle service $10 per person to the port but you have to pay in cash. Gave us water bottles for our rooms and we had a balcony but it overlooked a parking garage. Close walking to everything downtown Miami. "

"Loved that they have 24/7 free shuttle service to Miami Airport. Was able to do an early check-in, after my cruise was over. The property had a washer n dryer. Washed my clothes and didn’t realize until after I was done that the dryer was broken. Called guest service and I was lucky to have them dry my clothes for me. Food was convenient, ate there twice. Comfortable king size bed a plus… recommend this property for sure. Mahalo to everyone…"

"The staff went above and beyond to get us into the room a bit earlier and were attentive and friendly. The hotel was beautiful. Only down side was the pool was closed for renovations which was not disclosed until after the reservation was made. Would definately stay here again. "

"I had a lovely time staying here, the staff was incredible! The bar staff were very friendly! Breakfast 6-11 was amazing, Gym was incredible. Beach access and pool access was great! On top of everything it was very secure which i appreciated! Thank you for everything! "
