"They have definitely done some work to it. Kitchen looks brand new. I’d like to see them replace the carpeting in the bedrooms but that is the only thing. Communication with host and check in was very easy. Would recommend to guests to bring food and utilize the great cooking space. The places to eat on site are very expensive. "

"My girlfriend’s birthday was the 30th, she wanted to wake up to a sunrise over the ocean and walk on the beach. Of course it was raining most of the time, but the apartment itself was fantastic. Exactly what I wanted. The views were fantastic. The hardest part was checking in and out due to the fact that it’s all valet parking. But even that was free it was part of the deal. Very nice place very affordable. My girlfriend even said if it was for sale, she would buy it!"

"The place is in a great location. Loved the amenities. The host was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The checkin and check out was so smooth. The only complaint is that the apt is a little run down. Chips, cracks, marks, tears and rips everywhere. The apt has definitely been well loved. "

"Property is good for All day beach access. Other than that, This joint is in need of updates. The TV are not smart, the bathrooms need updates the most. Both have tubs,but you're only able to shower. Toilets flush super weak. The property is more for beach access,nothing luxury. Valet is free but confusing at first, soons you start $$tipping$$, it gets easier and friendlier"

"Went to the Orange Bowl Thursday night stayed out by the stadium. We then took a quick Uber ride over to the VRBO on Friday. Got there before check in and although we could not check in yet, they were very friendly and took our bags and gave us access to the amenities. Entire staff was very friendly the whole weekend!!! They couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend. "

"This penthouse unit had an amazing view of the ocean and the balcony faced sun from dawn until dusk which is exactly what we were looking for! Communication with Jessica was prompt and smooth. The building was very safe and quiet however the condo was very dated. Scuff marks and paint chipping everywhere. The walls need a good scrub down and paint job. Unfortunately, one lamp in our bedroom was broken, the closet light worked occasionally and the safety lock box was broken. All this was...
