"The location is very convenient. There is a station next to the hotel which is well connected and can get tourist sites quickly. Very walkable location too if you like to take your time."

"We stayed here 2 years ago, and they have really updated the rooms. The price is a little higher, but still a very good value as my wife's family lives nearby and it is very convenient. We also had our infant son with us, and the room with the second bed/couch as a bit small (as is everything in Japan), but worked. The kitchenette was handy for making formula and coffee, and the small fridge allowed us some room for snacks to keep. We stayed 5 days, and it was a bit tight, but worked for us. We did have a drunk guy knock on our door one night, thinking it was his room, but that was the only issue we had close to being negative. Certainly not the hotel's fault."

"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "

"The property suited my needs just fine - no complaints. A microwave oven in the room would have been nice, but since there's one on a lower floor, it wasn't that inconvenient. Many eating establishments and train station nearby were definite pluses."
