The shower on my floor didn't have hot water, so they let guests know immediately, and were upfront about the 10 pm curfew to go through the front door, but still having the back entrance to allow us in if we stayed late at night."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well.
