I recommend that the management train their front desk staff to ensure a kinder treatment of guests. While my overall experience was not too bad, I felt uncomfortable with how the lady who assisted us during check-in treated us. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location."

"I was very nervous considering all the negative reviews, however it was a very pleasant stay!! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, front staff was very courteous and efficient.
