"Old property so floors were wonky and room was a bit or a random shape. The check in was ok albeit the clerk was a little stressed / not entirely welcoming. I would say that our room was pretty noisy at night due to it being close to a pub and a lot of drunk shouting people though not sure there is much they could do about that. Did what we needed it to do - hot water, comfortable bed. "

"The hotel over all was a good experience and staff were amazing. The hotel had less facilities, like there was no fridge in the hotel room and had no ropes or slippers. The breakfast was nice but wished it had more vegetarian options."

"Hotel clean but in process of being repainted. Hotel not in nicest area but very close to bullring and practically opposite grand central station. Car park is a 5 minute walk away and you have to pay daily rate while it is cheaper it still adds to cost. Car park is secure but so secure we couldnt get back in as nobody answered the phone and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to coming out to get in. "
