The only payment methods available were chip and pin or card number. Fortunately, I had my card number readily available, as I would have been unable to check in without it. In 2024, it is perplexing that contactless payment is not a standard...

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."

Car park a bit tricky to find - but the instructions on hotel website are very clear and better than Sat Nav. Didn’t fancy walking to another establishment so skipped breakfast ( but that was my choice due to time pressures)"

"Nice place and helpful friendly staff. They had a separate vegan menu with plenty of choice which I found very helpful and good food. Nice swimming pool. Gym small but ok. Overall good stay. The place needs a facelift. Some parts a bit dated and needs refurbishing "
