"At first I was hesitant about booking to stay at Nant Ddu lodge hotel due to some of the reviews I have read. However upon arrival I was extremely impressed with this hotel, the staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom was beautiful, lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great, great selection of cold foods as well as hot. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute drive from Pen Y Fan and very local to the four waterfall walk which was awesome. The spa was lovely, pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi was most enjoyable and very clean. Overall super impressed with our 3 night stay and will definitely be returning. "

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay at this amazing hotel set in a picturesque location. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms. The fire in the bar area was welcoming on a cold evening. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Best scambled eggs i have ever had! Thank you to everyone at New House Hotel."
