Attending an event with overnight accommodation so did not have time to experience the hospitality of the Spa but everything at the hotel met with great satisfaction and would recommend and will definitely return when next in the area - thank you for your hospitality!"

"Room was excellent but dinner in the hotel restaurant disappointing. Several dishes not on, which meant the choice was limited, and even the wine we asked for was unavailable. Wine list was London prices (but we were in South Wales). Inclusive breakfast in Penny Farthing opposite was fantastic. Would stay here again but book for dinner in the Duke of Wellington pub opposite. "

"Great manager dont think anything would be a problem if you asked great staff aswell. Clean linen and hot water after a days work. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the ritz bedrooms just need a refresh but ive stayed for another week. Food is very good and HOT. Overall great. Thanks again jason A"
