Great, well priced accommodation
Great, well priced stay close to the Brecon Beacons and great for travelling by train into Cardiff (approx 1 hour). Clean, functional facilities with the bonus of a cooked breakfast each morning. Staff polite, friendly and willing to help when required.

Brilliant staff
The staff here were lovely couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were clean. There isn’t a lot of parking on site but there is a pay & display across the road.

It was strange to get to but it was cheap, convenient, and quick. The bed and shower was good enough for our needs, and it came with a full English to order in the morning.

Difficult to fault this place for the money paid. Rooms are spotlessly clean, if a little dated. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bikes in the room for a bike park Wales trip the following day. Good breakfast for all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Very comfy bed and was ideal for what we needed. Was very disappointed with breakfast though paid for large and left it poor quality ingredients and tasted horrible. That was only negative thing really about the stay.

The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm.

The Level Inn was perfect for our stay. We were walking in the Brecon Beacons and it was within great proximity to Blorenge and Sugar Loaf mountain and Abergavenny. The room was clean, had a socket either side of the bed, tea and coffee making facilities with kettle. It was fantastic value for money and included a nice cooked breakfast. The staff were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Simple basic hotel in a mostly residential area, fine for 1 night stay, good full English breakfast included, friendly helpful staff. We had a disabled room with a huge wet room style bathroom, clearly very helpful for a guest with mobility issues. Only downside was the very small hand basin. Would stay again when in the area.

Great hotel
Level inn hotel was perfect for our band needing an overnight stay in south wales. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was very good as included breakfast which was more than adequate leaving all our us more than satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

My go-to stay in the upper valleys.
Lovely welcome from Sue who briefed me fully as it was my first time stay. Informed me of the various eating options in the town, though in the morning I enjoyed a whopper of a cooked breakfast - top drawer. Room and bathroom very comfortable, good shower and a very comfortable nights sleep with plenty of pillows. Good parking and access. This will be my go-to overnight stay at the top of the valleys. I booked a 2 day stay and everything was fine till morning i checked out when i was looking to take a shower but on entering the ensuite found place flooded. In fairness hotel acted swiftly in offering another room to take shower but meant me packing a little earlier. Have to say breakfasts were good though
