Very comfy bed and was ideal for what we needed. Was very disappointed with breakfast though paid for large and left it poor quality ingredients and tasted horrible. That was only negative thing really about the stay.

Difficult to fault this place for the money paid. Rooms are spotlessly clean, if a little dated. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bikes in the room for a bike park Wales trip the following day. Good breakfast for all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

It was strange to get to but it was cheap, convenient, and quick. The bed and shower was good enough for our needs, and it came with a full English to order in the morning.

The Level Inn was perfect for our stay. We were walking in the Brecon Beacons and it was within great proximity to Blorenge and Sugar Loaf mountain and Abergavenny. The room was clean, had a socket either side of the bed, tea and coffee making facilities with kettle. It was fantastic value for money and included a nice cooked breakfast. The staff were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything for a 2 night stay. The cooked breakfast was very good. Would have liked some fruit and cereal as an alternative but no complaints. Enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Simple basic hotel in a mostly residential area, fine for 1 night stay, good full English breakfast included, friendly helpful staff. We had a disabled room with a huge wet room style bathroom, clearly very helpful for a guest with mobility issues. Only downside was the very small hand basin. Would stay again when in the area.

Lovely stay
Very nice hotel inside, needs some maintenance on the outside. Nice size rooms and big bathroom, cleaned and fresh towels daily. Tea/coffe fatalities and very helpful if more milk is needed. The corners on the bed base are very sharp, left me bruised as the bed is quite close the wall so not much space to walk round. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and very quick. Very friendly staff and welcoming.

This hotel is good value for money, it's clean and the staff are very friendly and professional especially Sue and Tia. Excellent breakfast provided in the price. The only negative is it was noisy through the night but you get that anywhere.

Two night stay in the accessable room. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of room for my wheelchair. Best of all the bathroom is a wet room which despite a little wear and tear was well set out and very easy to use. Breakfast is included and was good quality and plentiful. The location is a bit of a backstreet but was very quiet and parking isn't an issue. Overall excellent value and I will be using again..

great location
Excellent for one night stay close the Pen y Fan where i was entered into a race. Staff were excellent and even offered a bacon roll to us as we were leaving before breakfast was started so thanks very much to the young lady who made us these.

Booked online appx a week beforehand Didn't arrive until 22.00 but was welcomed by a lovely young lady who booked us in & gave us the wifi password then showed us to our room. The room was clean with a shower room, tv, tea/coffee facilities & the bed was comfy. In the morning the breakfast was good & cooked to order. The staff were fantastic & very welcoming 10/10
