"Perfect place for a family in this somewhat young, single tourist beach town. The beach down here is sandy and more toward the north has a lot of rock, so very happy with the location. Casually set up a surf lesson with the company right outside the hotel. The hotel had a lot of beautiful plants throughout the rooms. It was old school, but in the best possible way. This is my ideal kind of hotel."

"We stayed at Bella Villa and it was beautiful, we saw Macaw birds, they were gorgeous. Playa Blanca is a stunning view with clear water and good tides."

"Wonderful beachfront hotel. Tranquil and relaxing. Good restaurant for breakfast and the evening and if you have a car there are many roadside restaurants and bars close by. We did have a slight hiccough in that on arrival for a one week stay, we found out that our last night was a double booking. However, thr hotel put us up for that last night at a very nice closeby hotel that they also owned. Not ideal, of course, but the hotel staff handled the whole thing very professionally and helpfully, sometimes you just have to roll with the hiccoughs on holidays and the staff made it almost seamless."
