"This house is spectactular! We stayed here with our kids and another family in early April 2025. We enjoyed seeing more than 30 scarlet macaws each morning flying and roosting in the trees right beside the house, with the sunrise and mountains in the background. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. "Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....
