"The hotel was very nice and clean and the rooms were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. While the breakfast buffet looked very impressive, the hot foods were mostly lukewarm. The waffles tasted like plastic and after trying one bite I threw it away. I noticed that there were very few people who were making them We had to wait on bowls and more food most every morning. However, it was very busy and I only saw one staff person from the kitchen. We will probably stay there again. "

"We stayed here a few days before Christmas and really enjoyed our time at the hotel and surrounding areas. It is super convenient to The Island as well as the bike/walking path through Pigeon Forge. The lobby is nice and has a great smell. My favorite amenity is the free bike rental. You can hop right on the bike path. I would stay here again if rates are reasonable. The room is just a basic hotel room, but has a fun vibe.our son enjoyed the indoor pool and the workout room. "
