I loved everything about The Hotel Chalet. The staff was so nice and the gentleman that brought my bags to my room was so kind and very helpful. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Chattanooga. Thank you for being so friendly.

Extremely walkable to the area around the Choo Choo. We didn’t drive the entire trip after parking. Many restaurants and bars around. Nicely decorated interior gives vintage 20s vibes. Bed very comfortable and nice linens.

This is a terrific little boutique hotel in the Arts District of Chattanooga. The Hotel Chalet is walking distance to many tourist attractions, great restaurants and fun bars. It’s clean, well maintained and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is a positive experience. You can even stay in one of the train car rooms, if you like! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Very noisy heard a dog in the lobby barking at 4 am, slamming doors & just vacuuming upstairs. Loud In General. Also you do not stay in a train car unless you maybe call ahead and speak with someone? So the photos make you think different. Ok hotel, for the money could have stayed at a nicer place.

First rate renovation of train carriages and rooms in the hotel. Beautiful materials and style appropriate to the period. Loved the preservation of the trains and platform structures. Great on-site and nearby dining options! A worthwhile stop-over or even longer stay.
