Details regarding check-in and access to premises and room were provided digitally in advance. Property is well appointed and well maintained. Our room was bright, spacious and clean. Function over fuss reflects the decoration and fittings. Breakfast (continental) was freshly prepared to order and very good."

"A little gem of a find. About 200 yards from the tram stop. Last minute booking due to train delays when we had to change our plans. The check in was great. Fridge in the room had been stocked with iron bru, water, milk, and breakfadt cakes. Lovely staff. Would certainly use this venue again."

"This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! Only downside it was the complete lack of responses from the hosts that I tried to contact repeatedly beforehand. Even Expedia tried to contact them unsuccessfully. This should...
