"Wonderful stay in Edinburgh. Property is located in a great spot, making many sights walkable. Room was comfortable although it got quite warm at night even with air con on. Breakfast was lovely but we wished there had been some vending and bottled water available near or in the room."

The hotel itself is located outside city centre, so you do need to take a bus to get in - but there are so many connections, and The Scholar is very close to the bus stop. The room was clean, and given that you aren’t quite in the heart of the city, quiet. I would book again. "
